2 cups homogenized/whole milk
1⁄2 cup Kahlua
2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Chocolate curls or cocoa
Combine milk, Kahlua, and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a light simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat when bubbles form around the edge. Melt chocolate in microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, just until melted. Whisk melted chocolate into milk mixture.
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate curls/dust of cocoa.
