Chocolate Makes Everything Better
Cacao 70 is Chocolate Heaven and More
If you’re a chocolate lover, there is one place you need to go immediately: Cacao 70. Located on Aurora Boulevard near Costco, this little bit of paradise is a chocolate lover’s dream come to life. Started in Montreal, Cacao 70’s Regina location is locally-owned and ready to introduce you to heavenly delights that are unique, delicious and fun.
The sit-down eatery is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy incredible crepes, waffles, cakes and fondues. There is no other dining experience like it in the city.
The menu is chock full of options for every sweet tooth and chocoholic. The classic chocolate crepe has three options for you to choose from—milk, dark or white chocolate—and is the perfect introduction to the Cacao 70 experience. Or try the Black and White Waffle, which is a classic waffle topped with whipped cream, a scoop of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and drizzles of dark and white chocolate. How about a chocolate pizza? The Triple Chocolate Pizza is a pizza-style crust topped with melted dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks and served with fresh strawberries and bananas. And you can’t miss the fondues! There are five options to choose from, one more decadent than the next.
If you’re in the mood for something savory first, Cacao 70 has that too. Perhaps start off with the Outlaw Chicken Waffle—their classic waffle served sandwich-style with grilled chicken breast, turkey bacon, baby spinach, sliced tomatoes, mild white cheddar cheese, and avocado dressing. Check out their savory crepes too. The Ham It Up is a buckwheat crepe with smoked ham, roasted mushrooms, roasted red peppers, Swiss cheese, and basil pesto, served with a salad. There are also plenty of panini and wrap options, too.
And now dessert? Besides the chocolate waffles, crepes, pizzas and fondues, there are also desserts aplenty. End (or start?) your meal with the Raspberry Brownie Parfait featuring two scoops of vanilla ice cream, raspberries, chocolate brownie bites, whipped cream, melted chocolate, homemade berry sauce, and chocolate sauce. Want straight-up chocolate? Then we suggest the Quadruple Chocolate Parfait with its two scoops of chocolate ice cream with chocolate brownie bites, chocolate whipped cream, melted chocolate, and chocolate sauce. Still not enough? Tear into the Cacao 70 Cheesecake—topped with whipped cream, fresh graham crackers, nuts, raspberries, a drizzle of house-made berry sauce, and melted matcha chocolate.
Whatever chocolate concoction you choose, you can be rest assured that it’s made with Cacao 70’s premium chocolate with no preservatives. And you can always enjoy their bars, fondues, hot chocolate mixes, and drinking chocolates at home too. They carry a full line of chocolate products for home or to share as gifts.
