TLC FOR HANDS, FEET and More

WINTER SKIN CARE TIPS

• Get a humidifier. Our winters are dry and cold. A humidifier can add moisture to the air and help keep your skin hydrated.

• Moisturize frequently. Keep your skin healthy with good quality moisturizers applied after handwashing, showering and bathing.

• Sunscreen matters year-round. UV rays are out there even in the dead of winter. Apply a moisturizer with sunscreen every day all year long.

• Drink water. It’s just as important to stay hydrated in winter as it is in summer. Drink up!
