Regina’s east side is now home to a legendary name in pizza that comes from our neighbours next door. Santa Lucia Pizza started way back in 1971 when the Simeonidis’ Family opened a little take-out pizzeria in Thompson, Man. while working at the Inco Nickel mines. With their great tasting food and great value, Santa Lucia became the busiest pizzeria in Thompson. In 1974, the family moved to Winnipeg and opened another location.
Many more followed and in 1990, the company went international in Fargo, North Dakota. As the years have passed, one thing has remained the same: sticking to their family’s tradition of making fresh dough, bread, sauces, salad dressings,
and the traditional Greek foods, all from scratch. Five years ago, Santa Lucia made its way to Saskatoon (winning the Consumer Choice Award for best pizza five years in a row) and has now arrived in Regina—bringing their award-winning pizza, pasta, chicken, ribs and more to the city.

They have also added plant-based options, including the La Fiesta (taco seasoned veggie ground, onions, jalapeños and red peppers with their renowned marinara sauce and topped with vegan mozzarella) and the Vegan Deluxe which is a new take on their Santa Lucia Special (with veggie pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, marinara sauce and topped with vegan mozzarella).
