From Rentals to Renovations
Supreme Group of Companies started with property management and grew into a full-service solution for homes in Saskatchewan
A few years ago, Bailey Mosiman and Austin Arguin found themselves facing a common challenge in the rental world—managing properties efficiently while keeping tenants happy and homes in good shape. Instead of outsourcing, they built their own solution.
“We owned rental properties across Saskatchewan and recognized the need for a solid property management company,” says Bailey. “So, we started one.”
That decision sparked what would become the Supreme Group of Companies—a Regina-based business that has expanded from managing rental properties into a multi-service one-stop shop offering construction, renovations, and plumbing and heating. Today, Bailey and Austin oversee three divisions under the Supreme umbrella, serving communities like Regina, Pilot Butte, Balgonie and White City.
“We’re property owners too, so we understand what’s needed. We treat every job like we’re looking after our own homes,” says Austin.
From one need to the next
As the property management side of the business grew, so did the list of trades needed to maintain and improve the homes under their care. Bailey and Austin realized that relying on outside contractors meant delays, inconsistent service and added costs.
“We saw a need for reliable contractor services both for our own properties and for the units we were managing for others,” he says. The natural next step? Start a construction company.
With property management and construction in place, plumbing and heating soon followed.
“Having everything in-house made sense. We already had the team, the systems and the standards. So, we expanded again,” says Bailey.
Construction made simple
For construction and renovation clients, the benefit is clear: everything is handled under one roof.
“You’re not juggling a bunch of contractors or waiting on timelines to line up,” says Austin. “With everything in-house, you deal with one person, and we take care of the rest.”
Supreme’s construction services range from basement developments and bathroom renovations to full-scale residential builds. Clients also have access to financing options, which make larger upgrades more manageable.
Extra value for property owners
One of the key strengths of the group is how the different divisions support each other. Clients using Supreme’s property management services receive discounted rates on construction, renovation, plumbing and heating work which is a major bonus for landlords maintaining rental units.
"Being landlords, we know how helpful it is to have one team that does it all and does it well,” says Bailey.
Whether it's a leaky pipe, a furnace replacement or a kitchen reno, clients don’t need to search for help. Supreme Group’s promise is simple: quick, reliable service without the back-and-forth.
Locally grown, locally focused
Though the company has expanded its services, its roots are firmly planted in Saskatchewan. The team continues to serve Regina and surrounding areas with a focus on quality, trust and local connection.
“As property owners and builders, we understand what people want in a service provider—reliability, honesty and quality work,” says Austin. “That’s what Supreme is all about.”
