Grounded by Research. Driven by Experience. Guided by You.
Meet Dr. Dayan Goodenowe
Dr. Dayan Goodenowe is a PhD neuroscientist, biochemist, synthetic organic chemist, inventor, and clinical research expert whose career has been dedicated to understanding human biochemistry at its most fundamental level.
n 1999, Dr. Goodenowe invented and patented a breakthrough ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry technology that made it possible, for the first time, to comprehensively monitor human biochemistry. This innovation opened an entirely new window into how the body functions across the lifespan.
Using this advanced platform, Dr. Goodenowe analyzed blood samples from tens of thousands of individuals spanning all ages, backgrounds, and regions of the world. By examining biochemical patterns across life stages and outcomes, his research revealed that long-term vitality follows identifiable biochemical trajectories—patterns that emerge well before outward changes are visible. These insights reshaped how early biological shifts, functional resilience, and longevity can be understood and measured.
This body of work led to an extensive portfolio of patented technologies focused on biochemical pattern recognition, early biological insight, and personalized monitoring—tools designed to support proactive, individualized approaches to lifelong health optimization.
Today, Dr. Goodenowe is dedicated to advancing a next-generation model of health that prioritizes sustained function, adaptability, and resilience throughout life. His work is grounded by rigorous research, driven by decades of hands-on experience, and continually refined by the individuals and communities it serves.

The Restorative and Perpetual Health model reflects a holistic view of what it means to thrive. It recognizes that health is inclusive and unifying—shaped not only by biology, but by purpose, connection, and community. Families, friends, colleagues, and the broader community all play an essential role in supporting the conditions for lasting well-being. At its core, Perpetual Health is guided by you—your biology, your goals, and your journey—empowering individuals to take an active role in building health that endures.
Dr. Goodenowe Perpetual Health. Restorative Health Center
Our Restorative Health programs are designed to provide structure, consistency, and ongoing expert support to help you achieve lasting vitality. Programs are ideal for individuals navigating neurodegenerative or demyelinating conditions who want to take control of their health to optimize overall quality of life, resilience, and well-being.
Everyone’s journey to restored health is unique, and our programs are personalized to give you every advantage to support your physical, mental, and biochemical well-being. Through in-depth wellness assessments, comprehensive biochemical optimization strategies, and knowing your goals, preferences, and priorities, you will have a team built around accommodating personalized and flexible guidance designed to adapt to your progress and evolving needs.
True empowerment means taking control of your health rather than passively following one-size-fits-all guidance. The Restorative Health Team is here to help you stay confident, informed, and actively engaged in your long-term health journey, using our three pillars—restore, repair, rehabilitate. RESTORE. Your body cannot be healed by outside forces. No matter the issue, the body must heal itself using its internal biochemical machinery. Restoring this is the first step to Restoring Health.
REPAIR. The body has significant reserve capacity. Repairing and rebuilding requires both internal biochemical machinery and the appropriate building materials for the job.
REHABILITATE. The human mind and body adapt to the environment they are put in. Physical and mental recovery can only be fully achieved by relearning and performing the mental and physical tasks necessary for functional recovery.
The Moose Jaw Vitality Project
This groundbreaking $100 million community health initiative led by Dr. Goodenowe offers a bold and measurable vision of integrative health for everyone. The Initiative will provide access to advanced restorative health technologies and interventions and continuous support to the entire community of Moose Jaw. Success will be measured by epidemiological monitoring of public health outcomes such as disease incidence and healthcare usage.
This pilot program brings our vision of a complementary and supportive parallel healthcare system to life. Every resident of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, will have free access to cutting edge nutritional support, laboratory testing, neurological MRI, and comprehensive physiological and psychological assessments.
The Moose Jaw Vitality Project is the initiative’s flagship public health initiative-designed to demonstrate that restorative health protocols can be implemented in and can transform the health of an entire community.
Our ultimate goal is not only to restore health in one city, but to demonstrate what’s possible when science, infrastructure, and community engagement are aligned around proactive care.

Return2Play Program
Return2Play (R2P) is a 30-day, data-driven, evidence-based, comprehensive recovery program is designed for a safer and accelerated return-to-play after a concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI). When the brain is supplemented with key biochemical building blocks, it can survive and thrive during recovery. This program strengthens brain and biochemical resilience, helps restore mental focus, reaction speed, and reconditions the body for peak athletic performance - ensuring a complete data-driven path back to competition.
After a concussion or TBI, it’s easy to feel “off” — slower reaction time, brain fog, dizziness, emotional ups and downs. Symptoms may fade, but that doesn’t mean your brain is fully healed. The brain’s inflammatory response and white matter microstructure damage can persist, putting your performance and future health at risk. Our R2P Program is built for athletes who want more than rest and guesswork. It combines optional advanced brain imaging, advanced biomarker blood testing, targeted nutrition, and performance metrics to give a clear, measurable path back to sport — safer, faster, and stronger.*
*This program is a self-directed restorative health and wellness research program, not a medical facility or care home. All services are wellness-focused and educational. The program does not diagnose, treat, manage, or cure medical conditions. Participants own and control all assessment data. R2P decisions must be made by a qualified healthcare provider, not the program.
