Having taken and facilitated dozens of classes throughout her almost 20 year career as a licensed professional, Smith incorporates elements of varying healing modalities into the experience, including rituals of meditation, Ayurveda, Reflexology, Gua Sha massage, Meridian Therapy, Acupressure and Lymphatic Drainage. “To connect deeply with my guest using intuitive touch, most of the service is performed with my eyes closed; I only open them when applying or removing products,” she says. Her carefully curated soundscape features subtle chakra-balancing “sound vibrational healing therapy.” This, Smith explains, helps expand her guests’ conscious awareness to other dimensions.
With a passion for continuing education and recent clinical certifications, Polished now offers corrective skincare treatments such as Dermaplaning and Dermaroller Microneedling for skin repair and rejuvenation. Currently receiving her Oncology Esthetics Training, Jessica honours and understands the importance of those who may require careful considerations. “Eminence products are safe for anyone with compromised immunity, with conditions such as lupus or cancer, currently undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation,” she explains.
