From Weyburn roots to Cathedral Village vibes, PumpJacks brings cold taps, great eats and good times to its newest Regina location.
After more than 15 years of serving up hearty meals and hometown hospitality in Weyburn, PumpJacks Cathedral Saloon and Steakhouse has officially opened its doors in Regina. The newest location sits proudly in the Cathedral Village and joined the neighbourhood in May.
“When the landlord reached out last December, I could see right away it was a great fit,” says Shannon Lindsay, who owns and operates PumpJacks. “The building already had a long history as a neighbourhood pub, and we wanted to carry that forward in a fresh way.”
Come early, stay late
Step inside and you’ll find all the warmth and fun of a local watering hole—with a few standout features. With 30 beers on tap, a full menu of steakhouse favourites and a packed weekly schedule of entertainment, PumpJacks is quickly becoming a go-to spot for lunch, dinner and after-hours get-togethers.
“We want people to feel like they can come back again and again,” says Shannon. “Whether it’s for the food, the drinks or the live entertainment, there’s always something happening.”
The regulars are already loving the weeknight line-up, which offers something new nearly every night. Mondays kick off with Industry Networking Night and all-day happy hour, while Wednesdays bring
the ever-popular wing night and karaoke. Thursdays are all about Ladies Night specials, followed by live music and triple highball deals on Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays are reserved for sports, with games playing all day on the big screens.

“We’re serious about making everything fresh and satisfying,” says Shannon. “We’re proud of what’s on the plate—and what’s behind the bar.” Pair your meal with one of the many craft or domestic beers on tap, or try a signature cocktail as the music gets going.
